Employee Focus – Jonah Russell, Operations Supervisor

Jonah is based at our Wakefield site and has worked for the business for over 2 years. He started his career with Torque as a Warehouse Operative quickly progressing to Operations Supervisor on the exciting I Saw It First contract. He tells us what he enjoys most about being part of Team Torque:
“I love my role and working at the Wakefield site. My job as Operations Supervisor provides me with the opportunity to manage a fast paced, mixed operational team as well as giving me scope to build on my current skills. My days are always filled with interesting and challenging situations and my favourite aspect of my role is engaging with the staff and looking after my team’s development and wellbeing.”
