Torque’s pre-retail processing services are designed to cater for a wide range of products, including but not limited to, garments, fashion accessories, footwear, home wares, leisure, health & beauty, electrical equipment, children’s toys and games and infant/toddler products.

In an average week, up to 300,000 units of various product types pass through our pre-retail processing facilities. At peak periods, in excess of 1,000,000 units per week can be handled with ease. Operational hours are flexed according to demand and we offer a truly 24/7 service.

The facilities in which these services are provided have been specifically designed to ensure that they remain clean and free of contaminants at all times and are equipped with the most modern mechanised pressing and automated steam tunnelling and bagging systems.

Some of the more common pre-retail processing services that we provide are:

Pick & pack; sortation; breaking bulk and/or re-packing; removing and/or affixing new labels & stickers; removing and/or attaching accessories; insertion of marketing collateral; visual and stress testing of products; bagging and de-bagging; conversion of products from boxed to hanging format; pressing and tunnelling of garments; ratio building from bulk (and vice versa) and de-boxing and/or re-boxing.
